FUEN Congress 2017

- Cluj-Napoca / Kolozsvár / Klausenburg, Romania

The FUEN Congress is the largest annual meeting of the autochthonous national minorities in Europe, that has taken place almost every year since 1949.

In 2017 the FUEN Congress will be organised in cooperation with the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania, the organisation representing the large Hungarian minority in Romania. The city of Cluj-Napoca, or Kolozsvár in Hungarian (and Klausenburg in German), is the second-largest city of Romania and the unofficial capital of Transylvania.

Normally between 150-250 representatives of minorities from all over Europe attend the FUEN Congress, where they meet and exchange opinions with other minorities and with politicians, experts and decision makers.

More information about the FUEN Congress in Cluj-Napoca / Kolozsvár / Klausenburg, Romania, will follow.
